Ali Cooling Care provides maintenance, installation, and repair services for air conditioners and home appliances (refrigerators and washing machines) in Riyadh. Final service pricing is determined after our technician physically inspects the unit; any prices or packages shown on the website are illustrative and may vary based on the actual condition of your appliance.
When you submit our service request form or contact us by phone or WhatsApp, you confirm that the information provided (name, phone number, fault details) is accurate to the best of your knowledge, so we can deliver the correct service.
We provide a one-month warranty on the maintenance and repair work we perform. This warranty covers only the specific fault that was repaired, and does not cover new faults or issues resulting from misuse of the appliance or intervention by another party after our service is completed.
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp as early as possible before the scheduled time.
We do our best to deliver professional, reliable service; however, we are not responsible for faults arising from the natural end of an appliance's lifespan, prior misuse, or factors outside the technician's control during the visit.
